Chemists use water in experiments but not very much. Its very helpful as a chemical substance. it is good for dissolving solids because it can erode. In chemistry it is very unique because it is not used in many experiment. Water is very simple though. It is composed of one oxygen atom and 2 hydrogen atoms. They use it for experiments and to break down. Water can take form of a solid, gas and a liquid. It is the most important part of chemistry that it can take those forms.

Humans

Humans use water to drink . They also use it for power and that's called hydro power. We also like to play in the water.

Narwhals

The narwhal only if has to no matter what will drink water straight. They live in it and hunt in it.

Both

Narwhals and humans get there from food. They both need water for living . They get water to be nutrients and to power themselves with the water.

1. Water is considered a Natural Resource because it is not made by humans and is came by comets. That makes it a Natural Resource.
2. Everything needs water to power muscles and everything. If they dont have it they'll dehydrate and die.

She was a Spanish teacher for ten years.
Sh got a masters degree for counseling.
Would have to be understanding. That is the most important thing.
Needs to be calm and patient. Nothing gos fast.
They need to fix it themselves but you just help. Or don't help. Need to let them struggle some.
Kindness is needed. It is second after empathy.
She uses the "superhero" theme to make them feel better. Like parents.
She uses pet therapy because kids love animals so much and not even just little kids.
We need to find a connection.

1. My superhero are my parents and friends. My Mom and Dad always say keep moving keep trying and the same with my friends. Mike makes me smile along with Lucas and Charlie.
2. I feel I'm a superhero to my freinds and parents as well. I can make them smile as much as I can. I try to do it as much as I can.
3. I feel like I can make people smile. I can be funny and make people whant to be happy and be happy.
4.That makes people happy and if someones not happy its gets less fun. But if someone is smiling and being happy.
5. My Kryptonite is my hand writing. When people see my handwriting they say what is this and this and this. that makes me feel like my handwriting is really horrid. It is to.
6. I compare and connect with them and then say how good they are. Also then go see what they like to do and do the that's me or that's not me.

1. My name is Daniel Block. Im going to Mars with 21 other people and we just got our jobs. Im the maker. We learned about mars and all its fun stuff and about our ship. We had to make our lists of stuff we wanted and needed. We then listed some problems and fixed them. Then we left for Mars. Once we got there we unpacked and I went to go get water. The drill did al the work but I had to set it up. We then he had to make laws and for us. We decided the U.S style so we split up. We made the preamble and then made our Constitution. After we made our bill of rights. Then a gun had set off and the place exploded. But before we got engulfed by the flames the teleported went haywire and we went to earth. But it was when Oregon Trail was happening.

2. What are some concepts that you learned about the human body during this unit that you think are important (not just interesting)?
3. What was the most challenging part of writing your Human Body Research Paper? Why?
4. What aspect of the Human Body Research Paper are you most proud of? Why?

1. I had to think what made sense and put it in the right order. If I didn't it wouldn't make sense.
2. Well I think the concept of the heart is important because it tells how its not the red heart that you see its kind of shaped like you fist. Its also important to know how it works in general. Also the digestive system because the food isn't just pooping out food its getting important nutrients and water.
3. Well it was hard to change it up. You didn't want to bore the people and you dont want to repeat stuff. Its challenging.
4. I'm proud of my document that shows how I did. I was very proud of the muscular because it was very hard and it was one of my first.

Watery Earth Lesson 1: My Water Story

I waded into the bigger waves and jumped right when I was ready to catch the wave. I missed. I was body surfing with it, it’s like surfing but you just jump when you're on the wave and you go on top of the wave but not very long. I kept wading in the water until it was up to my neck. Then a pretty big wave came and I was so low that if I missed I might have choked on water. I jumped and hit the wave. I was on top of it for a split second and then I was touching the ground. I got a little water in my mouth which luckily wasn't salt.

“Yes!” I said in kind of a hushed voice but not a whisper. I moved into the shore so I did get taken by the waves. It was a clear day with a few clouds and I stopped and a pile of sand that was high enough to make the water only to my hip. It smelled like water if it smelled but there was no salt. I heard the constant wave that hit the beach that made me feel good. I was in Michigan. All I felt was the constant crash of the waves and the splash of water. I decided to keep moving up and jump another wave. I jumped as a wave came crashing in. I missed but another was coming. I calculated the timing and jumped right on time. Then a small one followed which wasn't a challenge at all. Plus it was so small it didn't do much picking up. I kept going forward until I until there was a monster wave. I was a neck deep so I had to make this. I timed and a jumped. To late. The wave pulled me under water and the following waves kept me under for what seemed like a minute. I swam up but once I got up I couldn't find the ground. I must have gone pretty deep to not touch the bottom. I raced back to where I could actually touch the ground. I kept going and reached the little hill I found. I went back to the shore for a break.

What Will We Do First On Mars?

I think that we should make our drill first and some people should find water. Adalberto Silva (Hasanain K.) should do the drill with Daniel Block (Chris.) and Leonard Bernier (Tucker.) should make the drill. I think then Mechanic Kai Bon (Demetri.) , and Leyla Tiryaki (Stacy.) should go get water.
