I was so excited! Mt dad was about to take out to my favorite frozen yogurt  shop downtown, its called "Berry Yo" and it has a bunch of flavors, I love to go out at night with my family to get the frozen yogurt and we would laugh all night long and have so much fun!

Do you ever want a night out or have something to do, but cant find a baby sitter for your kids! Well call me I am a full time babysitter, and I have a very low cost of only three dollars an hour! I hope you call, again I am always free!

The Chickens name was Scarlett, she was determined to not be dinner in a week, so she decided to run away and find a new home! an about one month she had found a new home at a beautiful land with a lake and a lot of corn and grass, she had finally found home!

How are the paths of the sun, in summer and winter alike?

They both rise in the east and set in the west. 

As  the earth moves in a circular movement, we stand looking at the sun but then the earth turns, the sun looks like it moves but it really doesn't and when you wake up it is in the east and by the end of the day its in the west. 

Which locations did the longest shadow occur? Where was the sun at this time?

I think that the locations where the shadows were the longest was when the sun was very low n the east side and very low on the west side, The beginning of the day and the end of the day.

When the sun is above the object that casts the shadow it doesn't have much of a long shadow because the sun is directly above the object. When the sun is lower it is on the side of the object, it casts a very long shadow because it has so much to shine on except for a little part which makes a smaller shadow. 

What about the sun causes shadows to get longer or shorter?

The position it is in when its is in the sky.

When the sun is low and you go outside you see a long shadow, and when its around the middle of the day you have a small shadow. (You can do this yourself)

At which locations did the longest shadows occur. Where is the Sun in this time?

I think the longest shadow occured at the end of the day while the sun was setting. The sun was very low. 

If you go outside, around 6:00 and 7:00 P.M, on a summer day. You can see that your shadow will be a LOT longer than if you would measure it around 12:00 A.M.

How are the paths of the winter and summer sun different

The sun rises and sets at a lower angle than in the summer time.

IN the winter you can go outside and see that the sun is at a lower angle than if you were to record it in the summer!
