Insulated Bottles

I'm sorry I don't have the temperatures. Someone was helping and accidentally deleted it. Sorry :(

1. What was your maximum temperature (use your Data Chart, not the picture)?
2. What was your minimum temperature (use your Data Chart, not the picture)?
3. What is your range?  If you had any penalties or gifts, include those in your total.
4. What materials did you use in your insulated bottle (type them in order from your first layer, second layer, and third layer.)?  Why did you choose the materials that you did?
5. What are some materials that you didn't choose?  Why didn't you choose them?
6. Explain any blips on your graph (if you have them).  Why do you think it did that?
7. Is an insulator a good or a poor conductor of heat energy?  This is an important question, so really think before you answer it!

1. 115 was about the maximum. (Again no specific temperatures.) I got this because the maximum was near 110 and it was about a half of a half so I put 115.

2.48 was about the minimum. Same method as above.

3.The range is 67. No gifts, or penalties found.

4.I used Carpet Insulator, wool,nylon,aluminum foil and wax-paper. We chose these materials because they were all tested good and aluminum foil is a good thing to keep cold in so that should be good.

5. I didn't get to choose the others. The paper we thought would take up to much room so we wouldn't have enough to fit in the bag.

6.We got some spikes. I think that was from the probe moving because the probe was finding new areas which might have different temperatures.

7. A insulator is a poor conductor. Wood plastic and other things are poor conductors. Metals are good conductors.
