What three basic things do our bodies need in order survive?
If we exert ourselves, what are three (or more) signs that our bodies are in distress? Explain why our body does that (research it if you need to).
What can we do to make these signs go away?
We need water, food, sleep, oxygen, and shelter. Without these things, we will not survive.
We sweat because our body temperature rises. Sweating is our body's way of cooling down. We also breathe heavily. Our muscles are working hard, so they need more oxygen. Also, your muscles get sore. Your body needs more nutrients when exerting yourself, so the heart needs to pump more.
We can rest, drink water, and stretch before exerting ourselves. You can't stop sweat, because it is a good thing.
