More Aliens from different planets!
“Where am I?” I ask out loud to no one, when I wake up. Finally when I open my eyes and can’t believe what I see. I'm laying in a navy blue hole, sinking down quicker and quicker. Then realizing I might be sitting on my backpack, I stand up, only to sink lower. “But I can’t be unless I'm...” panicking now. Then I try climb up the slanted hole. With every step I take, I just sink deeper and deeper into the hole. After a couple tries of this, I decided to jump/climb up the backpack instead of hiking up it. I notice one of my key chains that is now almost as big as me. “Oh No I’m an inch tall!” It is my Bryce Canyon chain. It faintly reflects the little light there is. I can’t see much because I notice that I am in my closet! I can see all the different colored clothes. Sitting down on the minuscule navy blue squares that make up my backpack, I notice the whitish scratch over the hoodoos. Wondering about the fourth grade and if I will ever get to become big again, I see the door to the closet open and the light reflect off the shiny metal surface that makes up the key chain. It’s my mom; well I think it is because she is HUGE. I have to hide so she doesn't see me! So I carefully and quietly drop the chain down the side of the backpack and hold onto the chain. I climb down/bungee jump into the mesh water bottle pocket. I'm still holding onto the flipping picture of Bryce Canyon.
On Saturday I was at the Samuel's House to watch a movie. Regan, Addy and I were bored of Inside Out and got permission from Mrs. Samuels that we got to yell at any one who came in the room we were in to get out. And Bonus we had a phone from Regan's mom to use. So naturally we got into Youtube and took turns taking the phone and searching different things up on Youtube. When the Rappin Duke came on Addy introduced the "Addy" so we took down our hair and whipped it all over. Next we made dance to a Crazy Frog video and it included moves such as the "Addy," "Millie," The old man dance, Old Lady dance, and of course the Old Grandpa. Once we had part of our routine down; me and Addy breaking our backs and Regan conducting Mr. Murray came in to make sure we didn't barge into the kitchen with all the adults playing euchre like we had playing the Rappin Duke. We made him watch our show. When he left Regan and Addy fought over if "This is the Best song Ever" or "Just Do It" was better. Then Regan had to leave.
Mr. Solarz had us get on line in tallest to shortest order. Then he divided us up into three groups represented as the White Team, the Red Team and the Blue Team. The Red Team had the tall kids then the white and blue teams had everyone else mixed up. They reason for this is most likely the taller kids might be stronger than the (SOME) of the shorter kids. The British (Red Team) had strong, prepared men who's job it was to fight in wars. As the Continentals (Blue) were all volunteers and were inexperienced men. The White Team (French) didn't need to win this war; it wasn't their biggest priority so maybe they didn't send their best men to die. Also the British had the strongest Army and Navy around. Four of the Red Team members got to stand with the rope and the others had to stand on the stage. That showed how the British soldiers had to sail a three month journey over to America which was a disadvantage. The White Team (which I was on) all had to stand on the stage and come over last because the French didn't come and help for a while. The entire Blue Team stood at the rope ready to win. The Blue Team/White Team won because the blue team had a prize, Mr. Solarz said he would give them (No blog post) which represented how the Continentals had a prize of a better future for them and their families and no more British taxes. The Red team didn't have a reason to win they would only be winning to win they would still have to do their blog post. Another reason the Blue Team won is because they were just playing defense all they had to do is make sure they Red didn't get the marker past a certain point. The Red had to get the marker past the point. Another thing that happened is Jeremy was told even though he was on the Blue team if they won he would still have to do his blog post. That showed how some slaves fought in the war but still have to work for their master so they didn't earn their freedom. Lastly the White Team had to cheer for the Blue team until we helped them pull. So instead of sending over supplies and money we cheered then came and fought along side them.
