1. Humans need food, water, shelter, sleep, and oxygen. We could not survive without these five things.
2. When we exert ourselves some signs that our body is in distress are sweating, panting, muscle soreness, and redness in your head.
3. To make these signs go away you can take a break. Also you can stop your exercise and start a new one.
