KWe know that some cars are better than others in certain categories but that the others will beat them in other ones. Also we know basic stats for 50% of the cars. Jeremy thinks that the Koenigsegg Agera R will win and Ben thinks that the Alfa Romeo 4c spyder will win L We learned about all of the cool and interesting facts about the 21 cars that we ranked. We learned that the Koenigsegg Agera R is the best and is an amazing car. We also learned that the previously high ranked Maserati mc12 is actually not that great. | WWe want to know which sports cars are at the top and how they compare. We also want to know how important each category is. We want to also know how aerodynamics compare for each car and how much that effects it's speed. A We researched each car a bit and put all of the facts into a google spreadsheet. Then we made a certain thing a certain amount of points. Then we calculated the scores and totaled them out to which one won. Then we averaged the score. | HWe will find the information by researching the cars on google (it normally comes up with a direct result) and typing it on the spreadsheet. We also will use some background knowledge that we have for the car’s stats. QI will ask which ones are better just on the road and which ones are better on like a track. I also don't know what other cars speeds are so I would like to find that out too. I would like to research some lesser known cars like ones from a company from Spain or France. |
Ben's Reflection -I really enjoyed this project because me and Jeremy really worked well together ranking the cars. We also found out the best car and the predicted one won! The Koenigsegg Agera R. I also really enjoyed researching the cars and ranking them at the end because then we truly found out, which car was the best. I liked calculating the scores because me and Jeremy really worked together at that point, by me telling him the stats and him typing it in. gathering the facts was not that hard, the winning car had a lot of facts but the other cars had just the basic things to know. I really liked doing this type of project because it was different from other ones and I like that because then it stands out as a project. That was what I thought about our project and I hope my partner Jeremy thinks the same!

Wow! I am not a car expert and I think it's cool that you know all of these statistics on cars.

I think that this was a successful project; but I have a few things I think would make next project even better! One thing I would have loved to seen is a longer Trello card. And one other thing I wished you went over in your video, was the winning car! I would have loved if you went through the rank each car got and then explained a little about it. But overall it was a good project. Good Job! 😃

Thank you for that input. It was really helpful and I will work on it for my next project. FWI the winning car was the Koenigsegg Agera R and in second place was the Porsche 918 Spyder. Thanks again, Jeremy

I think you did a really great job because you ranked the cars and showed a lot of good information about them. I liked how you taught people what what the transmission and other stuff like that because I know that I wouldn't know what they are. I liked how you ranked the cars by multiplying the numbers and figuring out the average and then ranking them. In your video I think you should have talked more about specific cars and explained how they were better.

Ben and Jeremy- I think you both did a great job with the project! I certainly am no car expert- AT ALL -but I thought this was an overall well done project. I do agree with Rachel that it would've improved the thoroughness of your project if you had explained some other things about the winning car, but otherwise, it's a great project! <(º-º)>

This is really interesting auto project. I am a car lover and love to know about different cars and its maintenance work. Car Maintenance is really important work. It is better if you know about some important maintenance work. Ball Joints are important parts that connect chassis with the wheel. It helps wheel to turn smoothly on uneven tracks, terrain. It is really important to have a good ball joint for long drive. The ball joint is used for giving free movement in two planes at the same instant, which includes rotating in those planes
