Poem 1:
​The poem is about the boy and how he is excited about the way he can do anything he wants on his skate board. It also shows how the boy feels free on his skate board.

Poem 1:
​The poem is in a teardrop shape because I think she wanted us to think it is a drop of sweat dropping to the ground because when you skate board you probably sweat. I also see that the poem has a certain amount of words in one line and it makes it look like the poem is moving. The poem also looks like a head and the poem kind of talks about a person on the skate board. The poem also shows the swerving and curving from the boy because he goes in and out.

 Poem 2:
The poem is a certain shape because I think the author wanted us to pause at a certain time to make the poem sound correctly. I think this is a good way to write the poem because the rhythm would not work out if it were like that. I also see the poem as the shape of the deck that they sit at at night.
