What three basic things do our bodies need in order survive?
If we exert ourselves, what are three (or more) signs that our bodies are in distress? Explain why our body does that (research it if you need to).
What can we do to make these signs go away?
Food,water, and shelter
We pant because our body is trying to get more air. We get a hot and a red face because our blood makes effort to move the heat your body is generating to the skin's surface, where it can be radiated off.
We can rest and stop exercising for a little while.
