Donald Trump is the New President

Red States = Are completely Republican
Blue States = Are completely Democratic
Teal States = Are Undecided

Here is my explanation of how the Electoral Collage Works: The people vote for president, but it only counts toward the popularity vote. The people also vote for delegates to tell them to vote for one of the candidates.

Here is my explanation of why most states are red, but Hillary Clinton still won the popular vote: The delegates voted for Trump and the people voted for Hillary. That matters because people vote for the popularity vote.

Illinois has traditionally been a Democratic state when it comes to Presidential Elections. Explain why.
It is because there are a lot of democrats in the highly populated parts of it.

Whether you're happy or not, what are some things you hope that President Trump will be able to do for our country over the next four years. If you're not sure, Google it and research what his plans are.

Synthesis Questions (Please add these to the end of your blog post):
  1. What did breathing through straws represent?
  2. Why should we have this experience?
  3. It was difficult to continue moving when you breathed through the straw. Why is that?
  4. What are some things that affect the respiratory system and make it harder to breathe?
  5. How would your daily life be affected if you could only breathe in small amounts of air with each breath?
Answers:
  1. I think it represented the larynx and trachea because they're both long tubes for air.
  2. Because shows that larynx and trachea are just the right size to take in air properly.
  3. It was because our bodies are not used to breathing through something that thin.
  4. Probably the length and width of the tube the air has to co me through to get to the lungs.
  5. You wouldn't be able to move as fast, or do as many things because you wouldn't have enough air in our lungs or blood.

What did Obama say that kids could do to change the world
You should act kind as kid so that as an adult the world has less major problems. This will help the world because people will behave more kind and try to help others.

Why did Obama say that
Obama said that because he believes that it really will change the world. He also said it because it worked well for him.

Kids can change  the world. Adults can change the world. I think it'll go faster if we work together. How can I change the World?
I can change them world by helping clean up the environment. Another way I could help is by donating to charity.
