1.Five basic things humans need to survive are: Food, Shelter, Energy, Sleep, and water.
2. One way we exert ourselves is by panting. This happens when you get tired of action and your body's energy starts decreasing little by little. Another way we exert ourselves is when we run or make any action because we are applying or bearing to do something.
3. To make these signs go away you would not have to apply energy. I recommend to not try to make these signs go away because everyone should make time to get up and get active!
