| This activity was really fun. I loved using the stethoscopes, and the activity that increased my heart beat the most was burpies and one that increased my heart rate the least was the planks. You can see the results (above where the picture is). When I predicted the rankings I got 2 right. I thought jumping jacks was ranked number 4, push-ups number 2, running in place number 3, planks number 5 and burpies number 1 (I got burpies and planks right by the way). When I became more active, my heart rate rose up just a little (but didn't effect my scores too much). I think this changed my heart rate because every time I was doing an activity, I was raising my heart rate as i was continually doing activities to raise my hear rate. |
