1. Where does the concept of a month come from?
2. Can you ever see the moon during the day? Explain.
3. During what phase can the moon only be seen during the night? Explain why that happens

Answers:

1. It happens at the full revolution when the moon circles the earth, or each time the moon goes through it's different phases. 
2. Yes, it the sun is in the middle of rising or setting you can still see the moon during the day. This can happen in almost every other phase except the new moon.
3. It happens during the new moon, in this state it is behind the Earth so we can not see it.
