| 1. The hardest part of this activity was to try and put all of the organs in the right place. 2. The only organs I think that we out in the right place is the brain. It was very hard to put the organs in the right place because we had never thought or studied the organs. 3. I think probably most of the organs are in the wrong places. |

This activity was mostly about the metaphor on how the Revolutionary War was and the struggles and quick rule changes. This was a metaphor because It had the differences that the war had like how the teams were unfair and different. The teams were unfair and different because the red team represented the British. The tallest and the strongest people were on the red team because on the British they were all trained and strong fighter. The blue team represented the colonist. There were fewer people on the blue team because the colonist army was small and did not have almost any people that were trained or strong, they were all just farmers, or hunters. The White team represented France. The white team came in late because France had to get over the ocean and came in to the war late. The white team cheered for the blue team because they did not like red team because the red team referred to the British. The blue team was offered a prize because if they won they would feel really rewarded like the colonist felt when they won and got there land. But instead of us getting land we would get a big reward prize when they won. There was one person on the blue team that was not offered a prize because that person was a slave. The white team cheered for the blue team because they did not like red team because the red team referred to be the British. Part of the red team joined late because part of the red team was referred to be the British. Some of the British soldiers joined late in the war because they had to come all the way over and had to cross the ocean to get to the war because the British was attacking America for our land. The Red team had to pull the rope over the bag because during the war the British was attacking America and did not know the land so the had to attack to win our land. The Blue team just had to prevent them from crossing the bag. They just had prevent them from crossing the bag because during the Revolutionary War they just had to protect there land and they did not have to attack any land they just had to stop the British from winning or in our case crossing the bag.
Warhol was very concerned with his appearance, and he cultivated different looks throughout his lifetime.
Photos of him in his twenties show that he had a blotchy skin discoloration. Warhol was unhappy with his nose, which he had surgery to alter in the late 1950s. As he aged, he used cosmetics and collagen treatments to tighten his face. In the mid-1950s Warhol began wearing a hairpiece, which matched his natural dark brown hair color. In the mid-1960s he supposedly spray-painted his wig silver. Later that decade he adopted the wig that became his permanent look; it was brown in back with shades of blonde on the front and sides. Angus McClain: Angus McClain was a Loyalist. He was a master wood carpenter. He was also a Captain because he was wearing a gold necklace. Janette Lundahl: Janette Lundahl was a spinner. Her parents died on the way to Jamestown. She was adopted but didn't know she was adopted until she was almost married. When you get a top, you have to be able to spin enough yarn to make your own socks. Joseph O'Fallon: Joseph O'Fallon was a trader for fur. He was an Irish man. He was on the side of whoever killed an Englishman, so he was a Patriot. Catherine DuBois: Catherine was a housewife. She was a Patriot. Her husband John DuBois was a linen merchant. Charles Walker: Charles was a land agent. He sold of lots of land and made lots of money. He is from Virginia. He lives in a small tent. Molly Brandt: Molly Brandt owned a trading company. She was not a Patriot or Loyalist, she was neutral. When her husband killed an animal for food, he had to leave it for Molly to get so that they didn't have to share. Zebadiah: Zeb is a wood carpenter. He is a Patriot because he thinks it is unfair that he is taxed by England for cutting down the trees for wood on his own land. I think that people should go to reenactments because it helps bring learning to life. It can also help if you do not understand something if you watch and listen it could be fun and you could understand it better.
What is a tessellation?
A tessellations is a pattern that repeats up, down, left, right, and it cant have any gaps or overlaps in the pattern. What was most challenging was coming up with a patter that would work as a tessellation. |
