Reflection: This was cool because I have never thought about trying to change my heart rate. I especially enjoyed the part about thinking scary thoughts because it makes perfect sense that scary thoughts may speed up your heart rate. A hard part was making sure the graph looked right with the minimum and maximum and somehow my high knees and jumping jacks gave me a higher heart rate. So sometimes I did it over again because it was so weird. Almost like I didn't get my stethoscope on quick enough.
