This give me 5 is pretty easy. All you need to do is if you know something that others might not, you tell them what to do. For example, "Give me five, give me five. Remember to tag your blog post with science and ecosystems!" Also if you have seen lots of your peers confused on something, and you know what to do, then just go up toward the front of the room and show others how to do that simple thing. You want to be very loud when you do this so everybody will hear you and recognize that you might be helping them. But don't try to sound mean or annoyed. If only one person is confused, then go to them, and do not do a give me 5 for most people already know it.
This give me 5 is very important because if there is one thing that everybody is confused on, then you are making the classroom very student led. And you are helping your peers at the same time! It also tells people what to do if they have no idea. This also helps your teacher if they are not in the room to tell you what to do. This also will make you feel like a good leader which is a great skill in life.
