I like this, because i enjoy watching youtube a lot. I wonder how it became so popular over all the other video sites like vimeo. What if it didn't become popular? Would life be the same?

I don't think life would be same if YouTube was not popular because
YouTube is now a job too like people commentate and make money. There is this family that vlogs there life and they own maker studios and Walt Disney bought for five hundred billion dollars. Now they have their dream house and they own a HUGE property. Just because of YouTube

Hi im Sarah T from Davis. I like your project because tons of people sit on there phone or computer for hours a day just watching Youtube. At least know the history of it. I wonder if everyone learned about Youtube that they would still watch it? What if there wasn't Youtube what would people do with their lives?

Hi, I'm Lauren from Davis. When I first read the title of your project, I was immediately captivated. "Who created Youtube and what was supposed to be the purpose?" is a question that I never thought to ask. After reading your KWHLAQ I learned who created Youtube and why. Your project is well written and very informational.

Hi! I'm Audra. I go to Davis Academy, and I'm in 7th grade. I never thought about what the creator of YouTube wanted its purpose to be. I liked this amazing "Passion Time" question because it really makes you think about the real reason for a lot of things that we may have never even thought of. I wonder what would have happened if YouTube was just starting out today and how we would use it differently. This was very interesting and I would have never thought about this. Great job!

I really like this Genius Hour because I always go on Youtube and watch videos. I never thought about what its purpose was and who created it. What is uploaded to Youtube now is very different from what people used to upload to Youtube so it makes sense that you would do a Genius Hour on this.

I think you did a great job on this project. I use youtube for listening to music, watching videos or movies, and even for school work. I learned a lot of new things that I never knew after reading this. I still wonder why this video watching website got so much more popular than any other video watching service.
