What the goal means: Sometimes I space out which is like daydreaming, so I made this goal so that way that stops. That makes it so I pay more attention and learn more in class. I also get to be more active then just staring into space.
Why the goal is important: I get to pay more attention into class, learn more, and be more active. That's important because paying attention in class I get to be more creative and curious. Learning is important because when you know more, you are more wise. And being active keeps you healthy.
