What the goal means: This goals means to not talk and get distracted by anything that has been going on outside of school or during school at a different time. Before I made this goal, I was talking to my friends about non-school related stuff during specials and other times of day. And sometimes I would distract my friends from doing their work also.
Why the goal is important: This goal is important so that we don't get distracted, and that we do not become a distraction. If I kept on talking about things non-school related, then people would get so distracted and not get their work done effectively. If we talked way too much, then we might even get in trouble.

- During the time, I have only been talking about non-school related stuff before school and during lunch.
- When I am thinking about talking about it, I remind myself of this goal.
- At the end of the day, I reflect and ask myself if I talked about anything non-school related.
