What the goal means: This goal means to be on task and focused when someone is giving directions such as your boss, parents or a teacher. You have to be focused on the directions on what the topic is about, and so then you can know what the directions are so you don't mess up a big part.
Why the goal is important: This goal is important, because if you have trouble with it right now and don't fix it in the future, you might just get fired because you didn't listen to your boss and you messed up a project big time. This is also important to learn because you can always stay focused and not confused when you start homeowrk or whatever the teacher said to do.

- I was doing good with fidgets like rubber band and it helped me focused and I haven't been distracted yet.
- I have met my goal and still haven't been distracted yet (if I did, I didn't know probably and it was most likely very minor).
