What the goal means: This goal means to use the strengths of other kids to accomplish a goal. Everyone has different strengths. If we use those strengths the correct way, we will work fluently and effectively as a group. It will help us get to the goal faster. In the future, when we work, we would need to work together to get things done.
Why the goal is important: This goal is important to get used to this in the future. It is practice so we can learn from our mistakes and can put them to use. In almost every job there is some working together involved. And everyone has different strengths. This is a very valuable skill to have in life. If you didn't have this skill, then you wouldn't get as much work done as a group.
Evidence that tells me that I was successful in meeting this goal:

Evidence that tells me that I was successful in meeting this goal:
- During Lit Circles our group finds the best job for everyone so we could work ore effectively.
- During committee work in colonizing mars, we took the strengths of our group members to get all of the problems solved.
- During passion time when my partner and I were working on our final slideshow we made a plan to get the work done quickly and effectively.
- During ecosystems when we were writing about the ecosystem, we were using each other's' strengths to get the work done.
