My niece Ashley LOVES grades! When she and I spend time together, she is constantly asking me to rate her on a scale of 1-10 for whatever skill she is practicing.  Recently, she's been an Olympian who is jumping off a swing and trying to land perfectly, or most creatively, or with the most degree of difficulty!

Grades are GREAT... when you get good ones or when you have a healthy attitude about improvement and making progress. Grades are not so great when you believe that grades define who you are, or when a grade determines what you do next (e.g. give up, put in less effort later, etc.).

Whatever we do in life and online, is often recorded somewhere on the internet! We need to make smart choices and do things that would make others proud of us! I want you all to be proud of me, so we're going to do an internet search on me and see what we can dig up! I hope you'll be proud!
