Observation 1: I Felt my heart beating because in the body your heart has to beat to pump blood.
Observation 2: I heard myself panting because I need air to be able to survive and my body needs air to operate and keep me running and doing jumping jacks.
Observation 3: I feel that I needed a drink because our body needs water and if you do not get water you will start to get cramps.
Observation 4: I felt my arms starting to hurt because I am making my arms move when I do jumping jacks. Also my body is getting tired so some things will start to hurt.
Observation 5: I felt myself getting sweaty because when you sweat the sweat will cool you down. Also you get sweat because your body is trying to cool off so you sweat.
Observation 6: I feel the water in my stomach moving around because I just drank some water and I am moving my body around so the water inside my stomach will start to squish around till it is digested. Also that extra water is the water you don't need will got into your stomach so then you will have to go to the bathroom.
Observation 7: My face is starting to get red because the veins in my head are superficial in my skin. So that is when my face starts to get red it is because I have superficial veins in my skin.
Observation 8: I feel hot because my body is trying to cool itself so it is using my energy and that is making my hot.
Observation 9: I feel something in my head moving around because my brain is actually moving around a little bit. So I should not jump so much then I will work my way up to jumping high again.
Observation 10: I started to get a cramp because I did not drink enough water or because I did not stretch before I started to run and do jumping jacks.
