What Do We Know? Some things that we know are: That some cheeses are pretty easy to make. We know that cheese is also really good to eat so we decided to try to make our own and see how good our recipes turn out. We also know that there are multiple cheeses around the world and we will try to make those cheeses because some of them are really good. We also know that cheeses are coming around the world and we know that since cheese is easy to make, we can create our own cheeses and maybe someday our cheese would become popular. What Did We Learn? We learned all about the art of cheese making! Even though we couldn't make ALL kinds of cheeses, yogurt cheese making was a good experience for us. We learned that making cheese pretty easy but also there are some very difficult to make cheeses that weren't able to do. Although we couldn't make a lot of cheese we still had a lot of fun learning about different cheeses. We learned that thinking outside the box would really help us on making cheese and making them taste good. | What Do We Want To Know? We want to know what different kinds of cheeses will be easy for us to make and what kinds of cheeses will be hard for us. We want to know what cheeses will taste good when we try them and what cheeses will taste really bad if we make them ourselves. We also want to know if certain ingredients determine the success or failure of the taste of the cheese. What Action Did We Take? We took the action of making YouTube videos and teaching others in the videos about how to make all different kinds of yogurt cheese. We also took the action of making a website with all our videos on the website and writing a few paragraphs about what we learned and what inspired us to learn on the website. | How Will We Learn The Information? We will learn the information by researching on the internet about making quick and easy cheeses that we could do in the classroom. We will also learn the information by experimenting and making our own cheeses out of scratch. We will help others learn how to make cheeses by making YouTube videos on how to make the different cheeses that we make. What Questions Do We Still Have? Some of the questions that we still are:

Audrey's Reflection:
I really enjoyed doing this passion time project because I got to work with a partner and I got to make cool cheeses that tasted pretty good! I enjoyed experimenting with the different cheese that we made because I never knew if the cheeses would turn out good until I actually got the chance to try them. I also enjoyed learning about mostly yogurt cheese and making the yogurt cheese. I was a little disappointed because me and Addie always forgot to bring the materials so we didn't have the time to make different cheeses instead of just yogurt. But I did enjoy this experience and it was totally worth being in this partnership and interesting topic! I also really enjoyed mostly tasting the cheeses that we made because most of the ones that we made tasted really good like the lemonade cheese or the cheese that only just had salt.
Addie's Reflection:
I really enjoyed this passion time project because it was so fun and we could be really creative and kind of do whatever we wanted. We were able to kind of make up any kind of cheese we could find materials for and it was just nice to be able to use anything we could find. The actual cheese making wasn't difficult it was finding recipes that we could do and ones that didn't use insane ingredients. If I did this again I would make sure that a stove was available because lots of cheese needs a stove. I would also try to get my hands on a cheese making kit that has rennet and citric acid. I learned a lot about cheese making through this project it was cool getting to learn how to make different cheeses. Overall this project was really fun and I enjoyed working with Audrey we worked well together.
