| 1. The solo cup water is getting colder and the bucket water got warmer. It happened because the warm water wanted the cold water to get warmer so the heat went into the cold water. 2. The cold water started to get even warmer than the warm water. The water got warmer because the warm water heat went into the cold water. 3. The warm water became cold! Maybe because the cold water is surrounding the warm water. 4. The warm and cold water first started at opposite sides ( top and bottom) and then met in the middle as they became closer to the same temperature. 5. The lines were getting closer together and the temperatures were dropping and becoming higher. 6. The warmth of the warm water went into the cold water and made it warm. 7. Since the warm water put some of its warmth into the cold water so the warm water got colder. 8. I think that the temperatures would be at 60º and 40º because the numbers would be kind of close so those numbers would kind of make since. 9. The water did not go through the solo cup because the water was only red because of the reflection of the solo cup and there was not anymore water than before in the bucket. 10. The heat energy moved down. The heat doesn't get warmer because if you don't keep adding heat it will just get warmer. |
