What the goal means: This goals means that we should help people to become more leaders and to do more quality work. When we have responsibility partners, we will always check on our responsibility partners to give them quality boosters and feedback. Our class do not get grades except on the final report cards. Instead, we get feedback from both other students, and teachers to help us make our work better. Quality boosters are a type of feedback. They are students commenting on others' projects. But they have to make the comments nice and not that harsh.
