What the goal means: This goal was our W.I.G for our whole school last year. W.I.G stands for Wildly Important Goal. When we stay silent in the hallway, we won't be distracting other classes who are working. When we stay to the right side, we don't run into people who are walking in the opposite direction. When we walk with the end in mind, we wouldn't run into anything because we would be looking in front of us. Before we walk into the hallway, we do a "Give Me Five" to remind each other about the hallway expectations. At the end of the day, when we evaluate the day, we reflect and see if we did well or not in the hallway.
Why the goal is important: This goal is very important because then people in other classes can stay focused and get their work done more efficiently. This will help our whole school to learn well and learn quickly since their are no distractions. This will help our whole school learn well.

How we will know if we were successful in meeting our goal:
- If we get a positive on our evaluator list for our hallway one.
- If we get a compliment from another teacher for the hallway.
- If Mr. Solarz comments on it.
