Sam’s Reflection: This project was very fun and it tested our problem solving skills. I learned how to change my ideas as I went and some science along the way. The funnest part was making the machines. My favorite one was when it went in the cup and it pulled out the tissue. The difficult part was changing plans along the way to fit our machine, and figuring out what is best. Next time I would take more time designing the machines before we start to build them, so that we make sure their are less flaws. That is also the advice I would give others too. I would tell them to plan before to build.

Charlie's reflection: This project was very fun. My favorite thing this round was that it was very active.  I got to excitement and fail then make it better and succeed.  If I did this project again, I would try to make longer rube Goldbergs and a little more complicated because our rube goldbergs were short.  This was very hard because we failed a lot and had to keep making it better until we finally succeeded.  It was also hard to come up with ideas that didn't overlap with our other rube goldbergs.   I learned how to change the ideas without ruining the rube goldberg.  Also, I learned that it is good to plan the whole rube goldberg  out before we start building the whole contraption.  If someone else did rube goldbergs for a project, I would say that they should plan out before hand because there will be less mistakes and more fun!

My Reflection

The most easy part of this project was copying dowm my rough drafts and figuring out what art materials I will use. That was easy for me because out of reflecting on all of my other steps to this project those were the most easy. The most difficult for me was either getting the computer on an angle or my paper on an angle so I give a good point of view. Or it was drawing the eiffel tower drawn because it had so much detail to it I was practing more drawings of it over and over. Next time I will ask Mr. Solarz for more abstract art materials or a better camra that raises. I want to do that next time because then I can have my project even more unique. Finally, I had a fun time with this project because it was my true passion.

Reflection:
In this project I learned all about how different climates affect what animals and plants look like and do. I paired up adaptations with climates on different planets, and created aliens! I learned about the different climates of three different planets from three different "groups", which are gas planets, hot planets, and earth-like planets. Jupiter was my gas planet, so the alien that lived there ad to float or fly, because there was no surface for it to walk on. The hot planet was Mercury. That alien had thick, dark skin to protect it from getting sunburnt. The earth-like planet was Mars. He looked like a puppy! 

The funnest thing about this project was drawing the aliens and making my booklet. I labeled the drawings, then cut the alien part out and but the labels in the description of the alien. Crassintudine Deglubeantur ( meaning "thick skinned" in Latin ) was my favorite to draw because it was big and blobby, and had a lot of cool features. I had to look at pictures of terriers and great danes for inspiration on the Mars alien, Canis Pulverm. The Leglessan Rixantes from Jupiter was a really fun and creative, considering it looks like a flying turtle!

​It was difficult finding exact numbers and statistics for the size of the aliens. I was also unsure if these were the right aliens for the job. It was also kind of hard drawing and labeling all of the different aliens, though it was really fun. This was one of my most successful passion projects, and I'm really exited, but I had to work hard to get it done. Even writing this reflection is super hard, but if you work hard, you get it done well! This was a hard project, but a fun one too!

​Overall this was an exciting project that I can't wait to show my family and friends!

My Reflection:
It was really hard to make the videos when I make the food because sometimes I am too quite or the camera falls and it takes a while to get it backs up. But it was also very fun to create all the videos since I got to make a yummy snack and eat it and also give it to others. It was also very interesting to try to find new ways to create popular snacks. I had a lot of fun creating my website and doing all of the steps because I got to make things unique and fun. I love trying to figure out how yummy and how healthy I can make each snack. Next time I would choose a project a little bit more different because it was hard to create the videos at home because I would have to find I right time so next time I might just explain them and give the things you will need to create it. If someone else wants to do a project like this then make sure to make sure you have a video for more projects just saying how to make it and what you need to do.

          I learned many different things about both Hawaii and Japan. Some things I learned about them is that; some of the companies that are seen in America are actually  Japanese. I also learned that Japan helped form Hawaii to become a state, and that in both of the countries; Hawaii and Japan, there culture is similar and there culture is old and goes back in time. The most fun part of this project was either the research part or the part when I got to make the website. The most difficult part was probably find good sites for the research but still that was fun too! The most easy part for me during this project was making the final end video of what I have learned at the end.

The thing that was most fun was being able to learn how to draw and drawing. I can draw lots of new animals and I could never draw them before. I was so happy to be able to draw as a passion time project and it was a fun experinece. I would tell others that they should not do lots of animals and do the most important ones first. If they did all of the animals that they wanted to do, they would run out of time. It wasn't easy but it wasn't difficult. I would have not put as much preasure and to not do as many animals. Since I did lots of animals and I didn't have lots of time, I wasn't able to get them all done. I shouldn't have done a website because that was more preasure. I wanted to get everything done.
