What was hard and easy:The hard thing was finding a website so I just used education weebly and the easy thing was using education weebly because I already know how to use it.

What was fun and boring:The boring thing was making the blog posts and they had to be long and it took time, The fun thing was putting the thing sin my website and adding pictures.

Reflection Paragraph:
This Passion Project was very fun for me and my partner. We had so much fun working on drawing illusions and finding friendly information on Google and a whole bunch of other websites, I had the most fun recording our video and uploading it to YouTube. This project was really fun because I got to work with my best friend Jody, and I love to draw and drawing illusions were different than what i've drawn in the past so I learned a lot about illusions and art with different techniques! I feel that the hardest part of this Passion might have been finding the right information and the making the Trello card!

You need a good graphic editor
It's harder to code a game than it is to code a scene

What do I want to know?

What the challenges are in making a video game
Why do games take a long time to make
How many steps are there in making a game
How expensive is it to hire a graphic designer
How long does it take to change a game's language

How will I learn this?

Making a video game
Researching online
By watching videos and reading websites
Creating a game with a free website

What did I learn?

That you need to make the game hard enough to be fun, but not so hard that people quit.
That in order to use features properly you must first experiment with them.

What action will I take?

I will make more games
I will teach others how to make games
I'll teach others why it's hard to make games
I will make a video about game making

How can I teach others to make a game like mine
How long does it take to make a graphic
How hard is it to make a good card game and why
Why are some games harder to make than others

Calvin: I think that it was a fun and interesting question even though other kids spent to much time watching us work. I did some of it at home because some of it involved playing video games to level up. I also think that some people copied our question so that they could play video games. I learned that it is hard to make a fun but non frustrating game. The funnest part was testing our games.

Connor: I think that this was very fun Because you could make video games but also other people wanted to do this just to play the games. We took some time to make some nice games and Calvin's was very hard because of all the ships that could attack you, The ships were hard because they could freeze you. The good thing is they freeze the rockets. It was very hard to make the game that was fun but not frustrating.

Jack's Reflection-

I had alot of fun doing magic in passion time, whether it was making the video or researching how to do magic. I also learned a lot, we researched everything on youtube from Rich Ferguson and learned many secret moves in magic. There was only one difficult thing in passion time and that was making us disappear. We had to practice many times on that but it went pretty smoothly when we filmed it. I wouldn't do anything different, I think everything was really good and nothing was boring. My favorite magic trick was the card trick where I turned over the card that Ben picked but the one that went the best was making ourselves disappear.

Ben's Reflection-

I learned that magic tricks are really easy to do if you really try. The thing that was really fun was doing the tricks and watching the videos on how to do them. What was difficult the thing that was difficult was trying not to make it so that you can see what is happening behind the scenes. The thing that was easy is making the video's. I would do tricks differently and we practiced a lot. My favorite trick would be when I made the pencil disappear.

My Reflection
My passion time project has let me learn a lot of things including the Great Pyramid Of Giza was built in only 17 years! I also still have questions including where is the hanging Gardens of Babylon are. I will also keep on trying to add on whatever I can to this blog post and my site. I also learned additional things like making a site in weekly and finding out how to do screencast! All in all my research has been very fun and exiting, bye!

What do I know?

I know that dolphins blubber keeps them warm and they are very smart. Also that they know many cool tricks and they are supposed to be the smartest animal on earth-Ashley

Reflections:

During this passion time I learned that dolphins are in the top 10 smartest animals, and that they could be smarter than humans I also learned that they have many abilities to do a variety of tricks, just by being taught by other people or dolphins. Something I will do differently next time will manage my time wisely meaning try to stay on task and focus. I would not talk as much and goof off and know how much time is left over. An easy thing for me was research because I had two other people working with me and that means we all as a group collect more facts. I was not as interested in researching than creating our own website, but step five on the trello card was most easy.

I learned that dolphins are really smart and that they can do so many tricks. They are so intelligent and that they will help anyone. It was really fun because I was working with my friends. I was also doing something that I really wanted to do. I was really excited to do this that was really my passion. It was a little hard because we were making our website and it wasn't letting two people on the same page. I was working really hard on trying to get all of the facts in my own words and trying to get it all ready.

During this passion time project I had a lot of fun learning about dolphins. I had the most fun making the website because I had never done it before and working together as a group to make it made it fun and enjoyable. It was really easy to make the trello card and it was also easy to find facts because of us being in one big group. I learned how to make a website and more about dolphins and how intelligent they are. Also I thought that making the blog post was easy but a little difficult because we had to only use one computer since it would mess up if we did it on two. I really liked this project and thought it was fun and didn't want it to end but i know that all of them will be very fun and interesting. -Ashley
