To work collaborative on responsibilities you have to work well with your partner. To do you have to not not work with your partner and you can't be off task.
It is important because if we didn't work collaboratively it would a teacher led classroom and not a student led classroom. We don't want have teacher led classroom! We want a student led classroom.
It is a student led classroom classroom because we're working together and the teacher isn't telling us what to do. The teacher would have to take over for a little bit if we weren't doing it on our own. The teacher would have to do this until we could do it on our own!
Some tips to doing this well is listening to your partners ideas and not ignoring your partner.
