Greetings!
Arlington Heights School District 25 has partnered with EdCamp Illinois to bring the edcamp experience to Arlington Heights on Saturday, May 14, 2016. We’re reaching out at this time to see if you might be interested in becoming one of our sponsors for this exciting day for teachers. Our event will host over 300 PreK-12 teachers, administrators, and other school personnel at our very own South Middle School. An EdCamp is an “unconference” offered for teachers by teachers, where those that attend set the agenda for the day. This opportunity is different from other conferences in that it draws on participants’ experience and questions.
Since we want to offer EdCamp for free, we are looking for sponsors to help cover the costs of the day. Sponsorships are preferred to be monetary to help offset the costs to run the event.
We recognize sponsors prior to and leading up to the event in the following ways:
Specifically, we are looking for help to cover the following:
If you would be willing to provide a monetary sponsorship in any form, please contact me at [email protected] - Thank you for taking the time to sponsor EdCamp Illinois!
