Based on your observations, where do you think the sun goes every evening?
The sun appeared to travel in an arc. I know this because when I went out in the morning to look at where the sun it is was low on the east side. Then at noon it was more high and in the middle. Finally, later it was back low but now to the west.
In the morning it was lower in the sky and on the east then at noon it was in the middle of the sky but still low. Then later it was in the same position as in the morning but this time it was on the west side. I know this because I went outside during different times of the day.
Because if you don't then you will be in different spots every time and that wont give you good answers.
It went from low in the sky to higher to lower again. It started in the east then went to the west.
No but it would be a very small change. This happens because over a year the earth spins and is tilted differently each day. This happens every day but it is so slight we wouldn't even notice.
In the next month we would probably see a change but not a lot. Because it has not been much of a year.
In 6 months we would defenitly see a change. This is because it is half way through the year.
The sun every evening appears to lower in the west. The opposite side of where it rised.

The challenge is where you create an invention that helps solve a real world or local problem. It could be about pollution or littering compost anything like that. Then we research about what we are going to make. Then we draw what it will look like with labels. Then we make a proto type and share it in a video then make the real thing and we can enter a contest to win a prize.
My problem helps because it stops some pollution by not using as much energy.
My solution is a pocket fan. It is a solar powered portable fan. it uses a solar panel and you can choose when to turn it on off high or low. It helps save energy and it helps stop a little pollution.

The difficult part was to find all of the supplies for the proto type.
I learned about all kinds of challenges we could enter and do.
My advice is to have a scheldule and have times and things that you need to do.
