In the book If The World Were A Village it had the statistics of the world in a 100 hundred people as the total population of the world. What if the each person in the 100 hundred represents 70 million people in the world. There are 7 continents and 60% of them are from Asia, 15% are from Africa, 11% from Europe, 8% are from South America, Mexico, Caribbean, 5% from U.S and Canada, 1% from Oceania and Australia. And 9 villagers are under 5, 10 villagers are between 5 and 10 for children. And in the village of one-hundred there is so much good food but people are still hungry in the village. 47 out of 100 people in the village are not always eating, 87 out of 100 have nice drinking water, but in the village all the money is not equal, 10 people hog 85% of the money, and a lot only make $2 a day in the village.
