​Answers:

1.Today in our lab we tried to make a river using erosion and deposition.
2.The first trial we just layered.The second trial we mixed everything together. 
3. A temporary river from the sky .We wanted it to meander but some times it just went over the clay  

4.I think that explaining it to the class would be the hardest part.Because i am bad at explaining stuff.

  1. Do mountains last forever? Explain why with as much detail as you can. What causes them to last forever or not last forever?
  2. Explain at least two ways that solid rock can break into smaller pieces naturally?
  3. How are rocks at the top of a mountain different than the ones at the bottom? What makes them that way? How did our experiment demonstrate that?
  1. Mountains do not last forever because over time water or seeds fall into cracks.
    When it turns to winter the water freezes and expands, and in summer the root grows and cracks the rock. Also because of weathering and erosion.
  2. One way solid rock can break into smaller pieces naturally is by seeds growing. This means that seeds make roots get bigger. Another way solid rock can break into smaller pieces naturally is by ice expanding. This means that water falls into a crack and freezes then expands and breaks the rock.
  3. Rocks at the top of a mountain are big Whereas rocks at the bottom of a mountain are small The rocks at the bottom become this way by eroding. Our demonstration showed us that by the sugar dust going to the bottom.
