Panting
I think we pant because our body requires oxygen and it gets harder and harder to breathe well running. We are panting because we are trying to get the most amount of oxygen in us.
ankles hurt
I think our ankles hurt because every time our feet hit all our body weight and more all goes on the ankles. When our feet hit the ground our ankles take all force.
back of head hurts
While I was running my head was bobbling and bouncing so that could effect my head. Also your body is circulating blood rapidly and and a headache is just increased blood flow.
heart pounding
Your heart pumps through the body to provide nutrients and remove waste from the body’s tissues. When you run your body requires more nutrients and less waste.
throat getting dry
I think that when you run your panting and panting so you don't have any time to get liquid down you throat. So you throat gets dry because we are breathing so much.
breathing rapidly
This is sort of like panting your body needs oxygen so you breathe rapidly to get the most oxygen to your body. So your body is consistently trying to get the most amount of oxygen.
stomach hurts
While if you drink a large amount of water before you exercise that can cause cramps. Also dehydration can cause it to because you need water.
head getting hot
While your head getting hot when you exercise is the first stage of sweating. You get hot because your moving around a lot.
sweating
When you get hot you sweat because sweating actually is cooling you down. So the moisture evaporates and cools us down a bit.
Face getting red
Because capillaries and the rest of your body is trying to move your body heat to your skin. Also all the blood is rushing to your head.
