Because when you exercise you usually start breathing hard and you start to breath hard when you are burning weight and getting hot.

Because when you work out you start to burn calories and when you burn calories you lose weight by working out.
Observation 4: She is getting her heart rate up
She is getting her heart rate up because when you work out your heart starts beating faster and it makes you lose weight as well.
Observation 5: She is jumping on her toes
Because when you jump on one part of your foot to long it might get tired so you might want to change the way you jump.

She is getting slower because she is probably getting tired from working out so much and getting your heart rate up.
Observation 7: She is not talking as loud
She is probably not talking as loud because when you work out talking waste some of your energy so you usually want to keep you all of your energy.

She keeps changing how she is jumping because it might feel more comfortable jumping one way but not as comfortable another way.
Observation 9: Her face is getting red
her face is getting red because when you work out the blood flows through your face fast which makes it turn red.
Observation 10: She is getting a small cramp
She is getting a small cramp because either she drank to much water before this activity or she didn't drink enough water during this activity.
