1. The matter in each ingredient can be traced back to plants because every ingredient starts as a plant. Like how a cow would not be able to survive with out the grass because it needs the nutrition to be able to produce muscle.

1. Plants plants get most of their energy from the sun because the sun keeps then warm and always making them grow.
2. Plants get their matter from the soil because in the soil there is lots of nutrients such as Sulfur, Calcium, Potassium etc.
3. Plants do get get their food they make their own food. They make their own food from the different sugars and matter in the soil and from the sun.
4. Plants are called producers because they produce their own food and they are not consumers because they don't eat anyone else. 
5. If plants didn't have a way to get energy they would not be able to survive because without energy they would not be able to get water throughout their body and they wouldn't be able to make food.

The photosynthesis equation is the combination of carbon dioxide, water, and light and the plant  converts it into sugar, which the plant uses as their food, and oxygen, which the plant releases as their waste.  

1. First the sun grows a tree and when the tree grows that grows leaves, then a caterpiller comes to the tree to eat and the bird come get the caterpiller for food.

2. Some evidence that I have that supports question one is, the only way wild animals get the reassures they need is by drinking water from lakes and eating different foods such as fruit. Also different trees and caves can provide habitat for animals.

3. The term ecosystem means everything in nature interacting together. An example is a fish eating another fish because they are interacting by eating each other. Another part of the ecosystem is the cycles of the ecosystem like how the sun goes to grass, which goes to cow, which goes to hamburger.    

4. One question I have about this Ecosystem unit is if one cycle or a one animal got extinct would lots of animals dies because of that death of that one animal.

6. Three things that could happen in this forest ecosystem is fish eating other fish, other animals trying to eat the deer, the last interaction is the deer eating grass.
