I didn't know what to do. I was dribbling the basketball on a fastbreak. Then out of nowhere, a defender stepped in front of me!

You should recycle all you can! You can recycle plastic and paper.

This was a really fun activity. There were also some surprises things. For instant, the hollow hold was the hardest to do, but the sit up was the most beats. I knew that the jumping jacks were going to be the least. After the jumping jacks, I was barely tired! I ranked them: 1. Hollow hold, 2. Pushups, 3. Running in place, 4. Sit ups, and last, 5. Jumping jacks. So basically I only got one correct. I think that our heart rate changed because my heart had to beat faster to pump more blood to our muscles. This is very interesting!
