Observation 6: Explanation: | I felt my spine cracking. I was jogging in place so my legs connecting to my spine where making it move and crack. |
Observation 7: Explanation: | I felt very sweaty. My sweat was trying to cool me down by evaporating the moisture in my body to cool me down. |
Observation 8: Explanation: | I feel minor pain on my heel. I was jumping up and down landing on my heel therefore making it feel sore. |
Observation 9: Explanation: | My mouth felt kind of dry. I was getting dehydrated from sweating from exercising. |
Observation 10: Explanation: | I feel hungry. Exercising works up an apatite. |
