Here are some ideas:
Dry ice at the poles could be mistaken for normal ice and we could burn up from drinking it.4/21/2017

We might not be able to adapt so we need to adapt when we find a new problem, or else we might die.4/21/2017 This is what we want to do to fix this problem:
To fix this we can bring extra oxygen, oxygen masks, and oxygen tanks. We can also bring lots of plants because the plants take in carbon dioxide and exhales oxygen so it might help a little bit. Also, drinking extra water will help because water is made of oxygen so we will get more oxygen into our bodies.
Solution: Since we could run out of food on mars which could lead us to starvation and death. Our solution is that we can have a cloning machine which will clone our animals so we will always have at least two animals of each kind. (Chicken, Cow, Pig, Turkey etc) We will keep our animals in different sections that have it look like where they normally live and the normal temperature. The chef/cook will bring tons of supplies which will help us cook these things. But to go along with that we will bring extra sources that could help us.
Some Ways Others can lose respect for you if you have these things ....1. Dishonesty. Someone who makes a habit of lying to people, regardless of the reason. This can also appear as embellishing or exaggerating. People aren’t dumb. They can see when you aren’t being truthful and it destroys your ability to speak truth….because people see you as dishonest. 2. Pride. This is easy to spot when people talk to you. Pride is automatically dismissing what others say because you think what you’re saying is better. Pride is thinking that you have the best idea, answer, or ability in every area 3. Know it all. Someone who is unwilling to learn from a “nobody”. Only learning from others who have a bigger title, more experience, or a higher salary. 4. Two faced. Saying one thing and doing another. Giving different accounts or stories based on who is listening. Two faced people tend to also be kind to some people while also being nice to others (Usually nice to adults and mean to children). Liars are dishonest. Criminals are dishonest. Some lawyers and politicians have a reputation for being dishonest, as do commercials that will say anything just to get you to spend your money. Besides people, certain actions are dishonest, like forging someone's signature. When you see the word dishonest, think "Untrustworthy!"
PrideDescription:If someone is "too proud" to admit a mistake, it means that even when that person is wrong, that person will stubbornly continue to claim that he/she was right simply based on the 'fact' that the person is never wrong (the person has a hugely vested self interest in never appearing to be wrong to anyone). Even more, for any other similar situation that happens at any other time with that person, the person would say that he/she wouldn't have acted differently, which would have also been the right way to act then but does not mean that the person acted wrongly this time. Even more, if someone else committed the exact same mistake in the exact same circumstances, the person would say that other person is wrong. How can we solve this problemDon’t be their door mat, and have clear boundaries with them. If you have to defend yourself, make it short and to the point since they are not the best listeners, and have a thick wall guarding their self-image. Don’t buy into their arrogance, don’t feed their excessive sense of self-importance, stay true to yourself and be sincere. If you get into a position that you have to assert yourself, don’t attack them, but show that you don’t agree. Don’t get attached to them. Have an open mind and be tolerant. Be patient. Learn to observe and evaluate their behavior objectively. Know it AllDescription:A know it all thinks he or she knows everything and does not listen to others. If this was the pilot and he or she did not listen to the other pilot who was thinking of something and thinking it is wrong and doesn't discuss with him or her about it and it goes his or her way, we might crash! How can we solve this Problem? You can work out problems like puzzles and mind tricks and riddles and let them face the facts that sometimes you are wrong and mistakes help you grow as a leader and also that they can show other people the same thing that they just learned! Two FacedDescription:'The definition of two-faced is someone who is insincere or who acts one way in certain situations and then in a contrary manner in others. An example of someone who would be described as two-faced is a person who pretends to be your friend and then starts calling you names as soon as you leave the room. Confront them - If they are bothering you. Often times people act without thinking in certain situation or want to put on an act in front of the people and might not even realize that they are being two faced. So first is confront them. Don't ridicule them. Prepare what you will say to them and do it with respect. Accept their two faced nature- no matter what you do, some people are just wired that way. You cant change certain people. So don't try and accept. How can we solve these problems? We should have activities that include teamwork and synergy. This can be board games and puzzles. We can show that being knid is the right way to go and how bullying and not getting along with each other on Mars so we can be closer together. This can improve our synergy and trust for each and one another.
