This activity was very interesting to see the results of this experiment. One hard part was keeping track of your heart rate. One easy thing was doing the activities, such as jumping jacks. It was fun finding out results and doing the math. One thing was I was not sure of was my specific heart rate after I was done but everything else was very fun and interesting.
Observation My heels started to hurt after a little while Because I have been jumping on my toes and I have something in my feet were my heels hurt after running. Everybody in my group was breathing heavily Because you have to breath more oxygen in. You will need a lot of oxygen when you run. My arms are tired From all the arm movement during my jumping jacks. My chest hurts Because your heart pounds harder and faster. The weight kind of builds. My hamstring started feeling stiffFrom moving my legs so much from jumping jacks and running in place Heart is pounding harder When you run your heart rate gets up and more blood is pumped. I got thirsty after a while You need water to not get cramps and not get headaches. sweating We need to cool down with sweat, You mostly sweat when you're hot. My whole legs hurt All the movement in my legs make them tired. It will be harder to keep going My heart felt like it was pumping more blood Be[/cause my heart rate is up from all the running.
