       So some main things that you need to know about being an evaluator are to make sure to let everyone get their points past, but don't let it go on forever (especially when we need to evaluate our behavior with sub. Also remember that you are in charge, let the kids say what they want and be fun with it but keep everything under control. Another think to think about is to not be that strict, be easy going and fun but don't let anyone try take advantage of you, and if they try to do that your going to have be a bit tougher. Some tips to doing this job are to after a while when kids are saying what we did good and bad at today, have them say some goal options. Another tip that can help you is to make sure that everyone is paying attention to you, and that they are aren't talking when somebody who you called on is saying something.
        This job is VERY important to this classroom, and unthinkable things will happen if this job is done incorrectly or not being done at all! The first thing that could happen if this job is done incorrectly is that this time (not that it already is) will be a very stressful time for Mr. Solarz. This will be a really stressful time if you don't keep the kids under control because they will take advantage of you and be really bad and out of control, and that isn't good. Another thing that could happen is that if you don't make a good goal or don't stress the importance of it, we could forget it or even not care about the goal the next day. This I think is the most important thing that you need to remember is that if you don't do a good overall job, we wouldn't even care about if we did something bad that day and we wouldn't get the importance of evaluating the day.
        Some things that you can do that will make evaluate better that I might not have done are, not to after a while you may start to slur your words because your just so used to saying them a lot. Another thing that you can do to to make evaluate even better is I'm sure that you noticed that we haven't got to evaluate our behavior with the subs, you have to get everybody's point past but don't take so much time doing it just in case we need to do something after.

Librarian/Pillow Person in action

When you are the librarian/pillow person you need to make sure that everything in the library is standing up, in the right place, and is in good condition.  If nothing is wrong then you just don't do anything.  If a book is in bad condition, doesn't have SOLARZ written on it, or is missing a sticker you either report it to Mr. Solarz or you put it in the box on the right of the library.  You have to remember to do your job at appropriate times and to not be messing around.  Also make sure the pillows are in two stacks on the left side of the library and that they are neat and clean. 
        
If you don't do this job then it would be really bad because nobody would be able to get books or use the pillows.  It would also be bad because there are lots of books and Mr. Solarz spent a lot of money so that we could have all of these books and if we didn't clean them up then they would be wasted. 
          
I think that you should always check at least every other day and that if you have any books that you might want to give you could let Mr. Solarz have them for all of his next students.  Also try to make sure there aren't any books missing and that people are returning them.  Maybe do a give me five to tell people.
