REFLECTION QUESTIONS:
1. Explain what surprised you about the statistics of the world? 2. What upset you? What do you wish was different? 3. What made you want to do something to improve a situation? 4. Can you do anything to help? If so, what? | The thing that surprised me the most was that some people live on less than two dollars a day! It is so hard to think that I have so much, and some have so little! The thing that most upset me was that some people don't have clean air or water! They drink dirty water that could possibly kill them! I wish that more people who had extra money would donate or try to help the less fortunate! I think that I will try to help some people in poorer countries have a better life because right now, they don't! Some people don't even have the money to get vaccinations! I want to help those people have better healthcare. If I could do anything to help, I would donate my time to try and make the less fortunate people's lives better! |
