The five basic things that our body needs to survive are food, water, sleep, shelter, and energy. I think these are the five basic things because it is impossible to survive without them.
Three things that are sings of our body being in distress are Breathing deeply, head pounding, and heart pounding. Our body does these things to tell us we need to do something like get hydrated or eat or slow down.
Some ways we can make these sings go away is by doing what your body is telling you what to do lie eat or drink or something like that.
