 Guide and Lead others
To guide and lead others you have to guide others to strive excellence and do their best at everything. Guiding and leading others is helping others at work. Doing give me 5’s and doing the right thing is like guiding and leading others. For example, in math if you see a classmate struggling you go over there and help them out. That is guiding and leading others also doing the deed. Another example is it was very loud in class and someone did a give me 5 to quiet us down in Passion Time. Guiding and leading others is super important because you wouldn’t be a leader to the other people that look up to you. You want to be a leader not a follower because that is not the right choice. It is not the right choice because you won’t have many thing to trust. You can’t just trust the leaders because if they are not feeling strong you can step up and be the leader.
