1. The Running. I might of lost track it beat so much!
2. The sitting. That I definitely didn't lose count!

Running I was moving the most so there fore It was the most. I miss counted on the other ones though.
4. It was supposed to increase. but I counted wrong so it went down and up.
5. Because your body starts working harder. So your heart needs to pump more blood.
