1. We need, Water, food, oxygen, sleep, and shelter. We need water for our body to live. We need food for so our stomach is not empty. We need oxygen for us to breath.If you don't get sleep for 21 days you would die. You need shelter or else you would be unhealthy.
2. One is a pit in your stomach. A pit in your stomach is when you worry so much you feel like there is a giant pit in your stomach. Another one is when you sweat. Sometimes when you sweat it is from nervousness for example sometimes on Christmas morning a mom sweats from not knowing if the child would like the presents or not. One other one is when are body's start to feel sick. That happens because we feel pressure and start to worry. The worrying makes you feel icky and ill.
3. One thing I like to try is telling myself to not worry. Sometimes when you tell your mind it's going to be ok you feel a little bit better. Another one is by thinking of happy thoughts ones that make you feel like there is nothing to loose. One other that helps me is by taking a break from what I was doing that stressed me out and just do something like draw or just relax.
