What five basic things do humans need in order survive?
If we exert ourselves, what are three (or more) signs that our bodies are in distress? Explain why our body does that (research it if you need to).
What can we do to make these signs go away?

The 5 Basic things that we need to survive are Oxygen, Water, Food, Shelter, and Sleep
I think that one sign is that we are sore. Also, I think if our body sweats, that means that it is cooling us down. Then that also means that you are working hard.
Maybe, we can cool down after an activate. Or, we can stop in the middle.

How Might Humans and Aliens Be Different?

Humans

Humans have...

We have arms to pick up and move things. With out arms, we couldn't get a fork or spoon to pick up to eat food. Then we wouldn't live without food.
We have brains to think and be smart and do school. We could not come up with ideas to make the world a better place.
We have mouth and nose to breath out carbon dioxide and breath in oxygen.
We have cartilage to help us bend around. We wouldn't walk or get ears pierced.

Alien

My Alien has.....

a long snout to slurp up the food under the mud
2 long eyes that that let you see when you are in the mud
a shell to protect from the attacks of it's pretors
Claws to scrape the ground because it is rough, muddy, and rocky

Do we have cells similar to the aliens you created? How or why not?
Humans (and probably aliens) have cells that have special functions. What are some of these cells and what organs and systems are they a part of? Give at least three examples and be specific. (Example: Osteoclasts are cells that make up spongy bone inside of many of our bones. This is part of the skeletal system.)

Yes we do have some similar cells. Aliens have eyes just like us, they have mouth just like us, they have feet or something to help them get around, it has a spin so it can bend and stand up straight.
They have a heart which is part of the circular system, it pumps the blood around it's body so the humans and Aliens can breath. When theHuman and or Alien eats something it goes down the Esophagus into the stomach. Then, in the stomach, it gets the neutrinos that you need and than the waste (aka poop and pee) it goes out the bladder. That is called the digestive system. The skeletal system is a system that has bones so they can move and bend around. The thing that lets move and bend around is cartilage. They may not have as many bones as us but they do have a skeletal system.

Observing and Describing an Apple

Today, in my apple I…

·      Smell sweat and a sower

·      It was hard on the outside but watery on the inside

·      It looked like a volcano when I pushed the toothpick in

·      The back was way harder to poke in

·      On spot on the back was way warty than another

·      When I tried to poke into the middle, My toothpick broke

·      Down the senter, there were green coming out

·      There were 5 hidden seeds on one side and four on the other

the stem had hair on it

Why were you able to observe so many things about your apple today?
Why is observation and description so important in science?
Rank order the five senses in the order or your observations (i.e. which sense was used most, second most, etc

I was able to because I could sight out so many things. Also, I could use all my five senses.
Observing and Description is so important because that is how you learn! Scientist need to look further and with Observing and Description, that is how they find out.

Hear
Taste
