1. The two That made my heart rate go up was Skipping and ruining because I had air go throw my lungs so blood can travel every where else . 
2. The two that did not make it go up a lot in was sitting and laying down because you need less air so blood dos not have to be sent out more. 
3. Yes because it is essayer to make your heart go faster then slower.
4. It was getting higher and higher.
5. Why my heart rate got higher was the air had to go in and out and the heart had to send blood with oxogen every where. 

1. It was difficult to keep going throwout the experiment because you were working your muscles the hole time pinching.
2.  How my hands and fingers felt they were tense and painful during the test and before I was scarred and after I was relieved.

4. A few times I pinched it and it flue out of my hand because my hand was so tired.

1 I jammed my knee and it was hard to play basket ball and run and have fun.
