| 1. Water,Oxygen,sleep,food,shelter. With out any of these you will probably die. 2. Muscle soreness, breathing heavily, face red. These are all signs saying that we probably shouldn't work to hard. 3. You could rest or lay down and take a nap. This will relax you and when you wake up you will have lots of energy and will be ready for action. |
We need food, drink, energy, and sleep because you have to have all these to live. If you don't eat or drink your gonna die by either starving to death or dehydaration. And if you don't go to sleep for 21 days then you'll be so tired and have so little energy that you fall into a deep sleep and never wake up.
